DASA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofi t organization.
DASA runs introductory fitness classes and camps, hosts regional and national events, and trains national and international athletes during our year round programming for children with physical disabilities, visual impairments, and/or hearing impairments.
Please reserve______teams at $500 per team. (Registration received befor Friday, April 8 at 5:00 p.m. will receive discount of $25 per golfer).
Please reserve______individual golfers at $125 per person. (Registration received by Friday, April 8 at 5:00 p.m. will receive discount of $25 per golfer).
Included in Fee: 18 holes of golf at Bear Creek, golf cart on course, beer and soda, lunch and dinner, fl ight awards, attendance prizes, silent auction, and more!
